David Hightower is currently the Executive Vice President, of Development, at Midway Companies. He previously spent 36 years in various leadership roles at Wolff Companies with the last 27 years serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. During his time at Wolff Companies, Hightower was significantly involved with WHA as Chairman from 2009-2011 and sat on the Executive Committee and Flood Control, Drainage and Wetlands Committee. Hightower is also involved in other groups throughout Houston including a founding member and director of Harris County Improvement District #4 (Energy Corridor Management District), Urban Land Institute, Greater Houston Partnership, and Houston Real Estate Council. WHA is excited to have Hightower return to a board position and looks forward to his input in 2018.
