- $250 million line of credit approval (increased from $64 million)
- Authorization for 20 new staff positions
Federal Grant Pursuits
- Repairs
- $12.6 million grant received
- $65 million in grants expected over next two months
- $18 million expected from FEMA
- Buyouts
- Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
- $212 million received over three awards ($169 million federal share)
- $10 million +/- expected in final buyout award
- 1,000 home in total
- Community Development Block Grant- DR
- $200 million for buyouts expected end of this year (1st tranche)
- New Projects
- EDA- Tunnel Feasibility grant ($400k) expected soon
- FEMA Section 404 (Hazard Mitigation Grant Program)
- $180 million in applications (8 project)

- Multiple projects being discussed
- Community Development Block Grant- DR (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development)
- 1st Tranche has $200 million for infrastructure (outside City of Houston)
