New Members Joining WHA

The West Houston Association is pleased to welcome four new members to help achieve the vision of bringing new ideas to Greater West Houston for continuously improving the quality of life.

Established in 2001, NewQuest is a full-service commercial real estate company with a portfolio of more than $1.4 billion in assets. NewQuest leases over 12 million square feet of retail spaces in Houston, Corpus Christi, Dallas, and other Texas cities. Kyle D. Lippman represents NewQuest Properties at the West Houston Association. Mr. Lippman serves as a partner and brings 20 years of legal real estate knowledge and experience to NewQuest Properties. Mr. Lippman is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He was a past President and a member of the Board of Directors for Lakeside Country Club.

 

The Energy Corridor District was established in 2001 by the Texas Legislature with a vision to enhance the quality of life for the communities by implementing mobility, public safety, and streetscape, and business development initiatives. The primary purpose of the Energy Corridor is to increase the value of properties in the district.  Executive Director Clark Martinson and Mobility Director Kelly Rector intend to serve on West Houston Association committees, representing the Energy Corridor District.  Martinson has over 20 years of experience of making neighborhoods and business districts great places to live and work. He has also been an active member of the American Planning Association, Institute of Certified Planners, the Urban Land Institute, and he is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects.

 

Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood Company, provides strategic decision support and comprehensive due diligence services to its clients that include builders, developers, financial institutions, manufacturers, telecommunications providers, retailers, government entities, and several organizations that rely on Metrostudy’s research, expertise, and intelligence to support strategic business decisions. It provides its services on local, regional, and national market level. Lawrence Dean is the Metrostudy’s Regional Director that represents the company at WHA. Mr. Dean has fifteen years of experience in the housing development industry in the Houston and he has served some of the region’s largest builders including Ryland, KB Home, and D. R. Horton.

 

Cunningham Ventures is a Texas-based real estate brokerage and development company. It specializes in all stages of the project including the due diligence and entitlement phase through construction and delivery to tenants. Lloyd R. Cunningham and Jason Kist represent Cunningham Capital as members of the West Houston Association.
